About The Position

Shift: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM

Requirements

• Print manufacturing industry background required
• Hands-on experience with print automation platforms required
• Has worked with workflow automation and process automation tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Has worked with imposition and prepress workflow software
• Ability to analyze a business problem and independently determine a solution
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to testing before go-live
• Clear communicator written and verbal with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed with strong ownership mentality; able to manage tasks through to completion without close supervision
• On-site availability required
• Familiarity with data formats and scripting used in automation environments (XML, JSON, JDF/JMF) and exposure to SQL and relational databases

Nice To Haves

• ERP configuration experience
• Exposure to SQL or data analysis
• Background supporting developer teams with integration or configuration work

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain automation workflows using industry-standard automation platforms
• Configure ERP outputs to support automation and finishing equipment workflows
• Set up and manage imposition software configurations in support of automation initiatives
• Troubleshoot automation platforms and integrations when issues arise
• Identify and configure system-level prerequisites needed before development automation can occur
• Document automation logic, configurations, and workflows
• Communicate status updates proactively to stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Test all solutions thoroughly before promoting to production
