About The Position

Responsible for testing and improving automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems. Utilizes software for programming PLCs and robotics in line with the technological needs of manufacturing processes. Manages various internal and/or external resources for programming, installation, and configuration tasks related to automated processes. Additionally, oversees connectivity configuration, provides technician training, and handles troubleshooting of complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradlley, Rexroth, Omron) - Senior level.
  • Proficiency in Robot Programming (Fanuc, Staubli, Kawasaki, Denso, ABB) - Senior level.
  • Knowledge in pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems - Intermediate level.
  • Knowledge in physical instrumentation (peripheral systems, sensors, and actuators) - Intermediate level.
  • Experience with Electric Diagram Entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) - Entry level.
  • Experience using agile tools (Scrum) in manufacturing projects and in setting group goals - Entry level.
  • Experience participating in relocation projects and new product development - Entry level.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software for programming PLCs and robotics, aligning with the technological needs of manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee connectivity configuration to send data to databases using a web-based interface, ensuring effective communication and data flow.
  • Test and enhance automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for technicians and operators on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems and robotics.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to automated systems, robotics, and connectivity, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of automation systems, including system configurations, wiring diagrams, and training materials.
  • Implement and manage backup processes for automation software to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures.
