About The Position

The Automation Engineer – Salesforce Lead Developer will implement Salesforce solutions to support program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement. Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, the developer will translate architecture blueprints into functional, secure, and high-performing applications that meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of Salesforce development experience on complex projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience with various Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM/Case Management)
• At least 3 years of experience using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business processes and case management

Nice To Haves

• 6 months of experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
• 1 year of experience with Salesforce data and security models
• 6 months of experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• 6 months of experience configuring case management for public sector workflows
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate preferred
