About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Mechanical aptitude and desire for hands on work

Nice To Haves

  • Robotic, PLC, or Labview programming experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assembly and installation of fixtures and tooling
  • Help with equipment design, and recommendation of sensors and safe guarding
  • Electrical panel wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic plumbing
  • Create and edit electrical schematics
  • Support engineering efforts to install and integrate new robotic and ancillary equipment
  • Order and document components necessary for projects
  • Maintain a productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment
  • Perform machine safety analysis to verify systems meet OSHA requirements
  • Work with the product design team, mechanical designer and manufacturing engineer during the prove-out process
  • Troubleshoot issues with automated equipment and develop solutions
