About The Position

The Automation Developer I will be responsible for implementing requirements, applicable code, and documentation for process automation projects under the guidance of the Information Technology Manager. They will work with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to create automation solutions for existing processes. The Developer I will need to analyze existing processes and accurately translate them to automation code and learn to create new processes from scratch based off of applicable requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of technology experience
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adept at process documentation and test plan execution
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all business lines, while moving from task to task
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team to complete tasks as assigned
• Executes with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• HelpSystems RPA experience
• Experience designing and implementing business and IT process automation
• Programming & Automation experience with Python, Powershell

Responsibilities

• Within PANDA guidelines, design and develop new automation solutions assigned by IT Manager.
• Determine how to implement the requested process with automation and tools available.
• Document, maintain, and support automated processes.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance of automation designs through peer reviews and/or review with the IT Manager.
• Execute and update test plans to validate automation’s correct operation.
• Provide estimates and timelines on creation of automations to IT Manager.
• Collaborate with business owner to review recommended solution and gain approval before implementation.
