Job Description You will deliver customer support through on-site installation of complex equipment and systems, while also overseeing diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair as needed. Responsibilities include verifying and approving the operational quality of system components, providing instruction to customers on system operation and maintenance, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and clients on both technical and administrative aspects of assigned projects. You will report to the Territory Services Manager.
