Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:45pm - 12:15am Position Summary: The Automation Machine Operator runs automated machine work cells according to specific schedules and procedures. The Automation Machine Operator is responsible for checking parts that are made by automated work cells to ensure quality standards are met. The Automation Machine Operator is responsible for keeping the machines clean and troubleshooting minor error alarms.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in English
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must be able to effectively communicate with others; complete and understand analysis of numbers; read, analyze and interpret written materials; compliance with company policies; respond appropriately to feedback to make improvements; maintain positive working relationships; troubleshoot and solve problems.
Must be able to hear and verbally communicate. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. sit or stand for hours at a time.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.
Persons in this position may be required to pass a drug, alcohol, and/or criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Remove finished components/assemblies from work cells
Inspect parts for overall integrity while machine is cycling
Maintain quality and efficiency standards
Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
Follow instructions and procedures accurately and precisely
