Automation Administrator – Sustainability Indianapolis, IN Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for supporting technical teams and delivering exceptional customer service? At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator’s provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply. What You’ll Do as a Automation Administrator - Sustainability In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Automation Sustainability Team, managing service agreements, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, reliable support.
Requirements
- High School, GED, or relevant sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
- Continuous learner
- Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50lbs
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment while working in an office environment, reaching with hands and arms
- Occasional travel possible
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate quotes, orders, and projects
- Supports sales and processes for all Kirby Risk APR’s in conjunction with business development while utilizing:
- Eclipse
- Proposify
- Salesforce
- Helioscope
- Adobe PRO
- Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levels
- Participate in cross training on:
- Vendor Training Courses
- Software Training Courses
