Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Ability to accurately print/read/and understand blueprints and specified tolerances. Effectively gauge parts for quality conformance while using attribute and variable gauging Record OEE information throughout the shift, including downtime, machine issues, and tool adjustments for the following shift. Efficiently start and stop machines, including loading required bar stock into machines. Perform daily maintenance and 5S requirements. Remove, replace, pre-set, and installation of tooling, including drills, taps, recess, and burnishing tools. Good communicator, ability to receive feedback, ability to perform shift handoff. Fostering a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates
