What We Offer: Competitive wages $35-$40 DOE Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums for employee and dependents) Life insurance Vision and Dental Paid time off & paid holidays Mobile apps and training programs available to help you further your skills Referral bonus program Health Club membership access Annual holiday celebration(s) 401k w/company match Opportunities for career advancement What We are Seeking: Install service and troubleshoot automatic sliding ,swinging and handicap‑assist doors Run, terminate, and test low-voltage wiring (24V, 120V control circuits, sensors, access controls, etc.) Diagnose electrical or mechanical issues in door operators Perform clean code-compliant wiring and equipment installs Maintain accurate service reports and communicate findings to supervisors Work independently and safely on active construction sites and occupied facilities Required Qualifications: Experience working with automatic doors (NABCO, Stanley, Horton, dormakaba, Record, etc.) Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting Ability to read wiring diagrams and hardware schedules Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong communication and problem‑solving skills AAADM certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience installing door operators, maglocks, card readers, sensors, and push plates Basic construction or glazing background (Required) Call Mario Verdugo for more information at 480-508-7664 Must be legally authorized to work in the US, no sponsorship provided

Requirements

  • Experience working with automatic doors (NABCO, Stanley, Horton, dormakaba, Record, etc.)
  • Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and hardware schedules
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • AAADM certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience installing door operators, maglocks, card readers, sensors, and push plates
  • Basic construction or glazing background (Required)
