Legato, LLC is seeking an Automated Tester to join our team in Hanover, MD. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph. The Automated Tester will play a crucial role in analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop comprehensive evaluation and test plans and procedures. The successful candidate will prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report on the status and results of testing activities. In this role, you will support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, including Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. You will collaborate with other test organizations to ensure effective integration of T&E programs. Additionally, you will provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, levels, maturity, and performance areas as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Government test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities. This position requires a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates who have eight years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Cyber, Statistics, Engineering Management, Information Technologies/Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, although four years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
