Responsibilities

• Identify, load and scan all batches
• Load parts in autoclaves baskets using specific orientation per the PEI
• Load and unload baskets in autoclaves using crane and torque wrench
• Start, drain and stop autoclave vessels
• React per SOP to alarm conditions and contact necessary personnel based on specific alarms
• Place autoclave baskets in holding tank for Washout personnel
• Assist Washout with timely turnaround
• Verification of parts to paperwork
• Must wear required PPE at all times
• Autoclave traceability maintained through paperwork verification
• Record information in Lot Control
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervision
