About The Position

The Auto-Weld Operator position is a full-time role located in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, specifically for the weekend shift. The operator will be responsible for safely operating light manufacturing equipment and following work instructions during the production of Milwaukee Tool Accessories. This role involves maintaining equipment to Milwaukee 6S standards, accurately recording production data, ensuring equipment performance metrics are exceeded, and coordinating with Department Leads to fulfill Work Orders.

Requirements

• High School degree/GED.
• 1-2 years of experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proven mechanical ability or aptitude.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with correct PPE wear and safety policies.

Nice To Haves

• Previous stamping, grinding, deburring, spot welding experience.
• Experience with automation.
• Chemical safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate light manufacturing equipment.
