Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — no prior experience required
- Interest in automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus , but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including:
- Oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
- Inspecting and replacing air and cabin filters
- Checking and topping off fluids (coolant, brake, power steering, washer fluid, etc.)
- Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
- Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
