Requirements

• Proven experience working as an auto technician with a focus on Ford vehicles
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ford Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of Ford vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
