About The Position
The Automated Supply Distribution Coordinator 1 is tasked with maintaining the automated supply distribution systems across the hospital. This role includes generating reports to ensure optimal compliance and assessing PAR level needs. Additionally, the coordinator contributes to project planning, building, and restructuring supply locations. All duties are performed in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four (4) years of experience in supply acquisition and inventory control within a medical setting, including two years of data analysis experience.
- Must have experience working with automated inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the automated supply distribution systems across the hospital.
- Generating reports to ensure optimal compliance.
- Assessing PAR level needs.
- Contributing to project planning.
- Building and restructuring supply locations.
