About The Position
The Hanover Insurance Group has been committed to delivering on our promises for more than 170 years. Our Auto Liability team is currently seeking a Sr. Adjuster in various locations including Southfield, MI, Howell, MI, Richmond, VA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, Henderson, NV, and Worcester, MA. This position is a full-time, exempt role that allows for a hybrid work model, permitting 2 or 3 days of remote work each week. The role involves the analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims requiring thorough investigations and technical expertise. Claim assignments may involve both personal and commercial customers.
