Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in auto repair and maintenance is required.
- Advanced understanding of modern motorcycles systems and mechanics is essential.
- Ability to accurately diagnose automotive problems without supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to clearly explain complex automotive issues to customers who may not be familiar with automotive terminology.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding customer service satisfaction and productivity metrics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot vehicle systems such as engine control, tire pressure monitoring, fuel systems, drivability, etc to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance services on motorcycles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes, to ensure smooth and efficient motorcycles operations.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess the condition of tire treads, brake pads, and fluid levels.
- Communicate with customers about their motorcycles problems and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance based on expert knowledge and warranty regulations.
- Ensure workplaces, tools, and equipment are clean and in good working condition, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
