About The Position

Under the general direction of the Car Wash Manager and Area Manager, the Car Wash Attendant works directly with customers is accountable for helping the company deliver on our commitment to provide quality customer service.

Requirements

Must be able to work any shift, Sunday – Saturday to support the company’s business needs.
Must be able to effectively communicate
Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and have excellent follow through.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Adaptability, multi-tasking and sound decision-making abilities are required and essential to the success of this role
Experience with analyzing data
Critical attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

Always represent the company in a professional manner
Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with customers.
Responsible for preparing vehicles for wash
Driving vehicles into and out of the wash bay
Cleaning and drying the exterior of vehicles
Vacuum, clean and maintain vehicle interiors, including dashboards, consoles, carpet and car seats
Clean door trims and hinges
May conduct minor detailing – buffing of minor scratches and chipped paint
Maintain all tools, cleaning agents, and miscellaneous equipment
All other duties as assigned
