About The Position

The Auto Shop Helper will assist vehicle mechanics with various jobs, including jump starts and flat tires. Qualified applicants must possess good vehicle aptitude. The role involves frequent physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and bending, as well as the use of protective equipment. The work environment may occasionally include extreme cold, heat/sun, temperature changes, wetness, humidity, confined spaces, intense vibrations, fumes, dust, mists, gases, and caustic chemicals. Lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance. Overtime may be required to accommodate business needs.
