Responsibilities

• Master the full automotive sales process from start to finish
• Train across key departments: Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Finance
• Develop leadership skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team
• Deliver a fast, seamless, and customer-first buying experience
• Support our goal of delivering vehicles within 1 hour of purchase decision
