Automotive Sales Associate Duties If you have automotive or other sales experience and can navigate the online world as well as in-person sales, we may be the perfect fit for you. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensure that they find the vehicle that is right for them.

Requirements

• As an Automotive Sales Representative, you must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.
• We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, approachable individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges.
• Proven track record in sales; some internet sales experience preferred
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work on commission
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills
• (BILINGUAL CANDIDATES ALSO NEEDED)

Nice To Haves

• Previous new or used car sales experience preferred, but not required.
• some internet sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a vehicle, both in-person and online
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers
• Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
• Conducting price negotiations on vehicles
• Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
