As an environmentally responsible citizen of the global community and a commitment to providing a safe work environment, our products are proudly crafted in the USA We are currently seeking for AUTO ROLL UP OPERATOR for our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This position is regularly scheduled for Monday - Friday, 1st Shift, and may require overtime and weekends. There are immediate advancement opportunities for those with the desire, the initiative, and that perform above expectations. Responsibilities

Perform shift startups and end of shift duties as required.
Learn HMI screen and Controls
Ability to spot and remove defective mats.
Make sure labels are correct with spec sheet.

Follow all Safety Guideline for LOTO
Must follow Standard Operation Procedures and Process Cards
Trouble shoot and make necessary adjustment as needed.
Safely cut with a trimmer (wolf knife) to remove excess trim from the mat.
Remove excess trim from around the mat
Stack mats properly on to pallet
Must be vigilant and detailed orientated
Fill out the production form and keep production totals accurate
Perform housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance tasks requiring the use of hand tools
Set machine parameters like roll diameter, tension, and speed based on product requirements.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Any other duties as deemed necessary by shift supervisor or lead
Assisting team members in need of assistance.
Follow all P.P.E and safety rules within the plant.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
