About The Position
LongâLewis Auto Group is looking for a Rental Clerk to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reserving vehicles, ensuring a smooth and friendly rental experience from the first call to the final handshake. If you are energetic, organized, and thrive in a fastâpaced environment, this is the role for you. About the Role: The Rental Clerk provides outstanding customer service while assisting customers with rental reservations. This includes responding to calls and inquiries, coordinating vehicle availability, and supporting the rental department’s daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (Rental Car Service experience a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, computer, and phone skills
- Pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fastâpaced, teamâdriven environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
