About The Position

The Auto Renewal Specialist at AgWest Farm Credit plays a crucial role in the Lending Programs department by supporting the centralized auto renewal team. This full-time position is responsible for managing the auto-renewal process for small operating loans, ensuring compliance with loan policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working within defined processes and procedures to facilitate loan renewals and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• The ability to effectively learn and utilize a wide variety of systems/software.
• Knowledge and demonstration of excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and complete credit and financial documents.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years' relevant experience in lending, banking, or a related field.
• General knowledge of credit investigation and verification practices.
• Knowledge of credit investigation and verification practices.
• Knowledge of credit and legal terminology, association loan and interest rate programs and financially related services, procedures and forms.

Responsibilities

• Approve and/or book loan renewals for small operating loans.
• Input renewal servicing actions and loan information into nCino with high degree of accuracy.
• Perform required due diligence actions of loan applicants including credit reports and other documentation.
• Pull and/or review eligibility reports for small operating loans.
• Track auto renewal actions utilizing Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service through digital and phone interactions.
• Adhere to loan compliance policies and procedures including timeline and communicate with the customer.
• Complete post-closing review and final loan certification.
• Responsible for communicating with branch staff when additional support is needed.
• Handle customer information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ensure appropriate information security protocols are followed in order to prevent unauthorized transactions or releases of information.
• Comply with association documentation expectations, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
