The hours of the job are firm, Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6 PM CT, but your location can be flexible as we are a remote first company and you will be afforded the luxury of working from home full time without in office or travel expectations. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a sales-based and/or metrics-driven work environment required.
• Ability to be on the phone for 5+ hours daily required.
• Ability to follow process and execute on call script & checklist.
• High attention to detail.
• Be coachable, ability to learn and adapt.
• High energy and a customer focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills required with the ability to handle a dual monitor set up while managing multiple systems/windows.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customer leads via telephone, text messaging, and e-mail communication.
• Average 5+ hours of talk time and dozens of individual outreach connections per day.
• Interview and verify customer provided information.
• Assist customers by facilitating their auto loan refinance with our lending partners.
• Sell auto refinance options, along with GAP and Warranty insurance.
• Meet pre-determined goals established by management.
