Key Responsibilities Damage Assessment: Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and recommend repair strategies Structural Repairs: Straighten frames, align wheels, and repair or replace body panels, bumpers, fenders, doors, and windows Metalwork & Welding: Perform welding, metal cutting, and frame straightening to restore structural integrity Painting & Finishing: Prepare surfaces by sanding, priming, and masking; mix and apply paint to match original color; apply clear coats and wax Detailing & Refinishing: Fill dents and cavities with body filler, grind and sand for smooth surfaces, and reassemble vehicle components Accessory & Interior Work: Remove and reinstall upholstery, trim, and accessories as needed Quality Control: Inspect all work for defects, ensuring repairs meet factory and dealership standards Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA, and other regulations for hazardous materials handling and waste disposal
