About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Experience in inventory control and cash handling
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Customer service skills
• Retail sales experience
• Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software quickly

Nice To Haves

• Experience in auto parts sales
• Previous retail experience

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting required parts in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts ordering and pricing.
• Provide high-level service to internal and external clients.
• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or materials needing immediate attention.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources if necessary.
• Notify clients when special order parts arrive and deliver parts to wholesale clients when needed.
• Keep orderly records of all parts invoices and estimates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in areas related to parts and accessory sales.
• Complete all assigned KIA University Training and KIA AutoSport training.
• Participate in tracking Lost Sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
