About The Position

The Auto Parts Specialist at the Collision Center of Andover is responsible for managing the procurement, receipt, and management of all automotive parts. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a willingness to learn about the automotive repair business.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computer software to record data.
  • Ability to work in extreme elements: heat, cold, and humid environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. at a time throughout the day.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch consistently throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with automobile parts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and fulfillment for all automotive parts through various vendors.
  • Receive and record all incoming parts into the electronic shop management software, timely and accurately.
  • Manage inventory in parts receiving area to ensure a safe and organized work space.
  • Pick up parts from local dealerships using shop vehicle.
  • Assist with customer reception and incoming calls.
  • Perform other duties as specified by Shop Manager.
