About The Position
As a Part-Time Auto Parts Specialist at Sanel NAPA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their automotive needs. This position is located in Rutland, VT, and requires in-person attendance. You will be the face of the retail store, responsible for overseeing inventory, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and performing key holder duties. Your passion for cars and customer service will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will welcome customers, ensuring they have a positive experience, and effectively use technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems to assist in their needs. Additionally, you will promote workplace safety through safety huddles and adherence to the Safety Handbook, process credit card transactions, maintain customer pricing knowledge, and ensure the right part is delivered the first time. You will also manage timely delivery routes and special/back-order systems, performing all other duties as assigned.
