About The Position
CJ Pony Parts, Inc. is looking for a full-time Auto Parts Sales Representative to join our team! Successful candidates will interact with 'call in' customers by providing product and service information over the phone in a timely and friendly fashion. This individual will rely on excellent automotive knowledge and familiarity with company products and programs to better serve the customer. You will also assist in answering technical product and service questions as well as resolving issues. This team is crucial to the happiness of our customers and their rides!
