About The Position

We are looking for a Full Time Long-Haul driver to deliver parts to our customers in Horsehead, NY out to Binghamton, NY! Schedule: Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Compensation: $17.00 Why would you want to join the parts driving team? We have a great team of drivers and awesome customers ! Our long-haul drivers typically deliver to the same customers each day and develop great relationships with them in the process. Drivers are great at supporting one another and have built amazing friendships during shifts and employee events, providing an atmosphere of true teamwork. Hoselton also provides a phone with GPS to help our drivers with navigation! There is no special license required (must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record). What do our parts drivers do? Safely deliver auto parts to customers and pickup parts to be returned (should be comfortable driving long distances in all types of weather in a box truck) Establish a great working relationship with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Safely load and unload parts for delivery (should be able to lift 75lbs) Collect the necessary payments and/or signatures upon delivery Why join Hoselton??? POSITION SUMMARY The Parts Driver is responsible for pickup and delivery of parts and other items for the complex. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and assuring the right part(s) are delivered – undamaged – the first time. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Parts Driver is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job. Safely loading parts on to the truck and delivering them to customers and vendors; Picking up return parts and equipment from customers and vendors, noting any damage, and returning them safely to the dealership; Maintaining cleanliness of the parts truck and ensuring regular maintenance is being performed on vehicle as required (oil changes, inspections, etc); Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business; Promoting Hoselton as the dealership of choice for our customers automotive needs; Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner; Providing accurate time of delivery estimates; Collecting the necessary funds or signatures upon delivery; Communicating any customer complaints/concerns back to the dealership so that they can be dealt with in a timely fashion; Providing clear and legible records for both customer and dealership use; Obeying all traffic laws and being a courteous driver at all times. Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• High motivation, work ethic, and enthusiasm
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Some computer knowledge and/or experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
