About The Position

C and M Tires and Wheels Co. is seeking a skilled automotive technician to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to ensure our customers enjoy a safe and smooth ride. The technician will be responsible for performing various services, including oil changes, brake inspections, wheel alignments, and more, contributing to the overall satisfaction and safety of our clients' vehicles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification is a plus.
• Experience with tire installation and balancing.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Conduct brake inspections and repairs to ensure vehicle safety.
• Execute wheel alignments to enhance vehicle handling.
