About The Position

Directs and manages supervisors within the Auto Department. Manages client performance and trains and develops team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining regional benchmarks and goals, including revenue, aged and overall production goals.
  • Manages supervisors within the Auto department and performs all supervisory responsibilities described below.
  • Complies and reviews productivity reports and audits such as revenue benchmarking, aged accounts, etc. Provides follow up with staff and appropriate departments.
  • Responds to provider requests by reopening and closing accounts. Distributes or completes special projects for clients who require additional attention.
  • Coordinates with Senior Management to discuss issues, incentives, and special projects.
  • Assists with and attends continuous training through activities such as work reviews, QA sessions, etc.
  • Team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with supervisors for client performance reviews.
  • Optimize and increase process efficiencies.
  • Maintain Aging.
  • Maintain percentage of accounts invoiced.
  • Continue to provide assistance for offshore supervisors.
  • Develops employees to be able to grow and make executive decisions.
  • Provides continuous training and assistance to team members by answering relevant questions.
  • Document and review weekly teams performance. Guide supervisors on daily/weekly goals.
  • Review and investigate ICR and QA inquiries regarding client questions, issues, and updates.
  • Works with ICR simultaneously with supervisors to resolve issues with client accounts.
  • Trains and develops supervisors and team leads.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidential information, whether verbal, written or electronic.
  • Will not access or attempt to access confidential data that is unrelated to my job duties.
  • Will not disclose PHI in violation of law.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Revecore’s policies and applicable Federal, State, and local laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees’; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
