The Project Manager resides within the Customer Implementation Services Team, working closely with internal SambaSafety and customer stakeholders to guide, consult, and delight customers through their implementation lifecycle. This role requires an experienced Project Manager who combines strong organizational and communication skills and has strategic experience working with stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to individual contributors. The ideal candidate must bring insurance industry experience and insight, along with an incredibly positive attitude. This role will focus on implementing SambaSafety’s enterprise insurance customers (both commercial and personal lines). The Project Manager will help create efficiencies through the insurance lifecycle (quote/bind/renew), assist in risk mitigation, and ensure our capabilities are used optimally to reduce costs for our customer. Additional daily activities include leading customer-facing sessions to understand business requirements and desired outcomes while consulting on SambaSafety's best practices.
