Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Ability to work scheduled days with flexibility on start and end times.
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Natural mechanical ability.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair auto glass under supervision.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems as part of the training.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Participate in hands-on and classroom training to learn the Safelite way.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and use company-issued tools.
