Requirements
- Prior experience in an auto glass customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for auto glass repair or replacement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Collaborate with the auto glass technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or installations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
