About The Position

This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. This is a field-based, territory-specific position focused in the San Fernando Valley, California area. The ideal candidate will be located in or near this region. We’re seeking an Auto Field Consultant with proven expertise in auto damage assessment, CCC One estimating software, negotiation, and time management, along with a strong customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in auto damage assessment
• Experience with CCC One estimating software
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
