About The Position
The Auto/Diesel Technician position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) school bus and support vehicle fleet for the Department of Transportation and Fleet Maintenance. The technician will perform preventive maintenance services, safety inspections, and corrective maintenance actions according to established standards. This role requires a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and various certifications, with a focus on ensuring the safety and functionality of the vehicle fleet.
