About The Position

Deliver BMW Service Technician Education Program to assigned program students in a classroom environment as well as tasks and workshop exercises, while meeting BMW facilitator certification requirements. Independently study training manuals, relevant materials, and vehicle systems (hands-on) to constantly improve the understanding of systems and components. Organize and maintain the professional appearance of the student areas, the student workshop demonstration areas, the training vehicles and educational aids. Maintain training vehicles and provide administrative support for training vehicles. Participate in the improvement of existing courses and curriculum through organized feedback to the BMW Group University team. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements. Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions. Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students. Qualifications Education: High school diploma/or GED Experience: 3 years of practical work experience i Certifications: ASEs are highly valued, but if not current, we will pay for you to obtain. Requirements

High school diploma/or GED
3 years of practical work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff
A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
