About The Position

Haley Volvo of Richmond is looking for an Auto Detailer. The position maintains cleanliness of vehicles, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by our customers. This role involves thorough cleaning, polishing and detailing of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles for damage or issues that may need attention, thereby enhancing the overall quality of our service. Attention to detail is important, as the end result directly impacts the shop’s reputation and customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in auto detailing or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing and polishing exteriors.
• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and conditioning leather.
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or maintenance needs and report findings to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
