About The Position

Vista Toyota is actively hiring an experienced Automotive Detail/Recon Technician to join our growing team in Casper, Wyoming! Position Overview: As an Automotive Detail/Recon Technician, you'll be responsible for making vehicles look and feel like new. You'll perform detailed inspections, wash, buff, and wax exteriors, deep clean interiors, and ensure every vehicle meets our high-quality standards before it's returned to the customer or placed on the lot. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Prior detailing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out
  • Buff, wax, vacuum, steam clean, and deodorize vehicles
  • Clean and protect interior surfaces and engine compartments
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards
  • Assist with vehicle prep for customer delivery and lot display
