About The Position

The Auto Detailer position at WashLB involves providing mobile car detailing services at various locations, including apartments, condos, and office parks. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a vehicle or reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have great communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
• Must have the ability to pay attention to detail
• Must have the ability to use mobile app and smartphone

Responsibilities

• Work 4 - 7 hour morning shifts
• Arrive to service locations on-time
• Wash and detail vehicles independently in windows of 30 min, 60 min and 90 min
• Use techniques from training for efficient service performance
• Use mobile app to clock-in at the start and clock-out at the end of each vehicle service
• Communicate with customers about services, pricing and supplies
• Pick-up and drop-off keys to customers when necessary
