About The Position
This position is for an Auto Detail Manager at a professional waterless detailing service located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the detailing shop, ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards. This role requires a self-motivated and independent individual who can manage their time effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The manager will also be expected to engage in sales activities, promoting the services offered by the shop and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is full-time and contract-based, with a pay range of $300 to $1,000 per week, depending on performance and sales success. The Auto Detail Manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and that supplies are adequately stocked. The role may also involve training and supervising other staff members, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures. The manager will need to be flexible with their schedule, as the job may require working weekends and holidays as needed. This is not a typical car wash job; it requires a commitment to quality and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
