The position involves reviewing and identifying claims with subrogation potential, communicating subrogation needs to front-line adjusters, and providing strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in General Liability or Auto/Collision Claims
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs

Responsibilities

• Review and identify claims with subrogation potential
• Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters
• Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
• Issue notices in accordance with client requirements and state specific regulations
• Provide detailed updates on claim status
• Negotiate and settle auto related subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at fault parties
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders
