Zurich is currently looking for an Auto Claims Team Manager to work out of any of our larger Claims Offices in the United States. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will lead and direct a team of technical Claims Professionals in low to high-exposure claims in commercial property/casualty lines of business. Coordinates the work activities of the team, and has responsibility for performance, development, and coaching of staff to maximize contributions and drive employee development and operational improvements.
