About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auto Claims Adjuster with estimating experience to join our team in our Fleet Department. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our claims department, body shops and insurance companies, ensuring a smooth and accurate claims process from start to finish. Requirements

  • Must have estimating experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, including critical thinking, data analysis, and creative solution generation.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities to effectively manage a high-volume workload and multiple competing deadlines.
  • Requires strong digital literacy and a high degree of comfort with modern workplace technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with rental car operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough, on-site inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, mechanical, and body damage.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for the cost of parts and labor using industry-standard software (CCC One).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the subrogation team in Atlanta, primarily through email.
  • Work with multiple body shops throughout the repair process, while managing timelines, and costs.
  • Investigate claims by reviewing reports and gathering necessary evidence to determine liability and coverage.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all claims activities, including estimates, repair authorizations, and communications.
  • Ensure that all company policies and state regulations are followed during the claims and repair processes.
