About The Position
As an Auto Care Center associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional car maintenance services to our customers. With over 2500 auto centers nationwide, our certified technicians perform millions of tire and oil services each year. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers have a great first and last impression, which is vital for customer satisfaction and retention. You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions, reflecting the values of our company and enhancing the customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for performing essential car maintenance tasks, including changing oil, tires, and other general maintenance duties. You will also need to become certified on and operate powered equipment necessary for these tasks. A valid driver's license is required to ensure that you can perform your duties effectively and safely. The role demands a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression on our customers. We offer competitive pay, with an hourly wage range of $15.00 to $33.00, along with performance-based incentives.
