About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to run a busy auto repair center in Haltom City. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, drive shop performance, and deliver great customer service. If you’ve successfully led a shop or service team and know how to turn operations into results, we want to talk.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of automotive service or shop management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
- Proven ability to hit revenue and performance goals
- Valid driver’s license

- Franchise experience (Meineke a plus)
