  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
  • Perform full collision repair including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
  • Handle panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with team members including painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • At least two years of experience in collision repair.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
  • Commitment to quality work with a no-shortcuts mentality.
  • Strong attention to detail in repairs.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • I-CAR and ASE certifications.
